I began having them last year at night, first it was one leg or the other now; now I have them in my legs, arms, rib cage. Still mostly at night but makes my legs very sore during the day. I have just been diagnosed haven't even had my first appt. with Pulmonary Specialist yet. My FVC is 64 and my FEV1 is 60...it seems like everything causes an episode or I guess the terminology is exasperation? This last set off six months ago but today I'm finally starting to breath better, more energy and get my voice back. Anyway, kinda got off track, Charliehorses-Anyone?
