My pulse ox was 97, my lungs sound fine and he said I still don't need meds. I told him that I have hypothyroidism and am now on meds for it. I also told him that I have not shortness of breath and exercise 6 days a week for almost an hour. I also asked him if severe anxiety could have affected the spirometry. He said no. He said that he couldn't give me any guarantees that this won't get worse. I also asked him why they keep changing the criteria for the various stages and if there was any way I could improve my FEV. Doctor said there was no way to do that. Am very discouraged. He was not encouraging or informative at all.
