I was told to follow up with this pulmonologist in 2 to 3 weeks. So I did. Since then I've been having problems with his office staff. Wed site issues as well as others. When I tell them I need to talk to the Doctor they always say he's not in. You can't speak to him until your next appointment. Went there yesterday for my 10:15 appointment only to find out that I just missed it because they said it was at 9:45. After the argument they said we can schedule you for Feb. 4. I haven't had any problems with the Doc himself but that office staff and I are like enemies now. I think that will only hurt me in the long run. Letters I might need, airlines, s.s. disability, poc's, etc. Do I just pick a new one out of the phone book and tell him I fired the other ones office idiots. I don't know. They may use a different oxygren suppiler, different insurance. It seems like things get worse and worse. Do you have to be diagnosed with COPD for an X amount of years before things get better.
