Pulmonary Rehab

Had my first day yesterday -- lasted about 45 minutes on bikes or various kinds and walking. Today I am SOOO beat -- tired and achy. I'm assuming this is a somewhat normal reaction for someone out of shape and SOB ??

Low blood pressure with increased oxygen levels

I am not happy with the POC that my 02 supplier gave me to meet my portabilty requirements. I heard that the tank style Chad pneumatic actually does a better job of keeping you saturated and actually produces more oxygen. Is that true.
