Breathing-new to a POC, Do you still breathe normally-mouth and nose at the same time?

Being new to a POC, Do you still breathe normally-mouth and nose at the same time? I tried to adjust to nose only when walking 100' but it don't work.I'm on 2 Lpm,continuous.Any help would be appreciated.

Bloating-not sure why but I'm bloating all the time

I'm not sure why, I'm bloating all the time, I don't know if it's swallowing air or drinking coffee, I'm off Zoloft 2 weeks now. But I wake up with it and seems to get worse? When I casually walk it seems to relieve some of it. Let me know
