Bronchodilatorresponsiveness was not observed. Lung volumes revealed air trapping. Diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide when corrected for hemoglobin was normal. ASSESSMENT: Borderline test with air trapping and proportionate decrease in mid expiratory flow suggesting occult obstructive disease.”
