Has anyone ever been diagnosed with COPD due to having rheumatoid arthritis?

I was diagnosed this June. I have never smoked, been around a smoker or been around chemicals/irritants. My PFT showed my lungs are functioning at 85%. I have a good pulmonologist but still very confused.
