Then I thought about a day back in March. The scene is my hospital bed and my college team is playing in March Madness and they are just 2 points ahead. In the room comes Dr. Stewart and his 2 med students bearing the chest tube. Yes friends the chest tube is inserted right there in your room and not in the operating room. I vividly remember Dr. Steward standing over me and telling me how I am well equipped to survive this event. He said I see well defined muscle layers and good muscle tone. I was well equipped to survive even though I could not get up from the toilet without holding on to something when I got home.Enthusiastic or not...Today I exercised.
