I've been having rather a rough time of it lately and would love to understand what is happening physiologically. Several times a day, usually after exercise, whether that be shopping or cycling, I become poleaxed by fatigue. It’s the damnedest thing - knocks me clean off my feet and for 15 to 20 minutes I must fight an almost irresistible urge to shut down and sleep. I do come round, I dust myself off and I press on, but this is becoming a regular intrusion into daily living and I’m beginning to find it all rather a burden. Could anyone shed light on might be happening and how I might ameliorate the situation?
