I was then sent to a ward where the lung specialist sent a phsyciatrist to see me as they thought I had hypo mania possibly induced from the steroids they gave me. I was then discharged leaving me in shock & disbelief they could actually do that to a patient. Also found that some of the lung specialists here lack compassion for their patients, its almost like well you smoked, what do you expect? Anyone else out there experiencing the stigma associated with COPD?
