I recently read that there is a question concerning Anticholinergic drugs (Spiriva in my case) and dementia. I've been on Spiriva 3 years. I'm 73 and have experienced the occasional memory issues - what's that word/what did I come in here to get - common to my age. If dementia is a serious consideration for these drugs, I feel I'm between the devil and the deep blue sea. Any thoughts, info, personal experience, appreciated.
