A recent bout of bronchitis, unpleasant, but not severe as these things go, has left me very, very short of breath and intolerant of exercise. I am puzzled. My 02 saturation seems unaffected, but I am SOB in only a minute or two with any kind of exertion. At first I thought, well, you are overcoming this lung infection, just be patient, but I am beginning to wonder what could be causing this.
I have been pretty lax in the exercise department lately (winter coming on and a bit of depression, perhaps) and that could be part of the problem, but it doesn't explain the immediate and severe SOB I feel right now. Going to the grocery store just about put and end to my productive day yesterday and a couple of minutes on the TM in the morning and I am ready to quit.
