Aren't pulmonologists supposed to be pro exercise? And yet I've never had a one of them provide any guidance. I was exercising vigorously up until flare last October. But in a fairly short amount of time I got almost all the way back to where I was. But now after a second apparent stress induced flare, my o2 levels drop easily doing hardly anything so I've stopped pretty much all activity. I am awaiting follow up on hrct chest scan and some cardiac testing. If all are fairly normal which I certainly hope, maybe I can get some guidance from another new pulmonologist I'm going to apparently have to find, on how I can regain possi ly with some temporary supplemental o2 during exercise idk. I had been doing fairly rigorous workouts and all kinds of activities to nothing. I know I've got some permanent lung damage, I don't deny that. But my lung function is actually not all that bad and in November was actually slightly better than one 7 years ago. I'd just like to get back to my normal active self. Guess this also kind of a rant, sorry.
