has anyone experienced this. Even mild aerobic exercise will send my O2 sats to the basement. A slow walk on the treadmill and a little increase on oxygen o2 sat will still dip to borderline. I started at 2mph and had to back it down to 1.6 mph to stay in the safe zone.
Now. Using 15lb dumbbells presses, 12 reps and 3 sets both right and left arms without the aid of o2 my sats either stay stable or increase in percentage up to 94/96.
