It really helps you get your lungs cleared. Infections don't last near as long to get over. Bronchiectasis fluid buildup is much less a problem. It does wear me out using it for 20 minutes twice daily. But its worth it to cut down on the rattles and rails.No return trips to the hospital so far. Thank God! Is anyone out there got any tips for using it better?
