Or at least the food was good. Im trying to understand how “normal” it is to have breathing problems every day when you’re on consistent medication, have no allergies & are only a mild copder. I realize we are all so different and in different stages. Also, If it’s normal- i accept that. But i wanted some input, if you have any. Besides my usual sometimes phlegmy lungs and slightly obstructed feeling exhale, A “breathing problem”, for me, usually entails that i begin to feel like im not feeling very well oxygenated (irritable, focus issues, tired) and then ill notice that on exhale there will be a very slight wheeze (more so a feeling in my lungs). And finally ill begin to clear my throat and cough phlegm. That’s when ill finally give up and ill reach for my albuterol and take a couple puffs. If that doesnt resolve the discomfort, ill try to find hot tea. If that fails- ill do a treatment nebulizer of ipratropium/albuterol. Besides feeling dry and jittery after that nebulize treatment, ill feel better. I am on trelegy yet this kind of bad breathing still happens at LEAST once a day. A flare? Ive tried Breztri and Trelegy. They work better than Breo and symbicort and Dulera. im pregnant now but this has gone on since my breathing issues began.Your help or insight is greatly appreciated! Have a good day.
