Do you eat poorly because you are too tired/too short of breath so you graze (if you can get to the kitchen...) on simple items like cereal. Do you put off bathing till you feel better. Do you limit moving around your home due to shortness of breath? Do you sleep a lot? Can you keep up on fluids? Do you have a thermometer to see if you are getting a temperature? Do you write down when you took your meds if you are having brain fog? Do you have transportation available to take you to the ER/Hospital? No driving!
