I work with weights and treadmill in addition to pulmonary rehab. Even have had the endobronchial valve procedure. Still can’t walk any worthwhile distance outdoors. Fev1 is at 11-14% so exercise only does so much. I have gotten interested in e bikes as a way to get outside and get some exercise but have a bike that will bail me out if I get to breathless. Does anyone have an e-bike and if so, how much help ca I expect to get?
