I have tried to find some actual research to back up the statements made, and have only found an abstract from 1998, which seems to indicate that it may be helpful for those with bronchial asthma: I hadn't heard of this before, and would hate to leave the post up, if it's not based on good solid research - so, hoping that others here may have some input.
