Hi all
Up until today was using tins (Baked Beans) to do Arm Curls etc started 5 repetitions and now at 10 repetitions, I tended to use same 2 tins. "Whoops" used those Beans and they were mush looked like a tin of slop, so got some dumbells.
1 pair 1kilo
1 pair 2 kilo
On exerciseing this evening using 1 kilo I found 10 repetitions a lot different as weigh more than the tins, so
Do I cut back to 5 repetitions and build it up again or persevere at 10 but slower and see how i go.
I dont really want to go backwards.
