Hello all,
Not sure if you remember me but I got a CPET as suggested by members here. The report came back it showed:
Peak VO2: 21.5 mL/kg/min — 53% predicted
O2 Pulse: 9 mL/beat — 58% predicted — flat
VE/VCO2 rest: 54 — AT: 46 — Peak: 50
PETCO2 rest: 4 kPa — Peak: 3 kPa
Chronotropic Index: 2.050
Breathing Reserve: 37%
RER: 1.43
AT: 89% of peak VO2
BP: 128/90 rest — 188/98 peak
SpO2: 85% at 102W
Termination: arm and leg pain and breathlessness
Resting HR: 89-95 BPM
Exercise Oscillatory Ventilation: present
Their conclusion: "Unable to interpret results due to variable breathing/hyperventilation ?BPD"
I went to a private cardiologist to get it reviewed he said it was impossible to interpret and suggested I was just mentally ill and implied I was deluded. I am not quite sure what to do. I have a test now that proves I wasn't lying or mentally ill but they say it's invalid. I am quite unwell and still have no treatment and no answers.
