I can hear me making all kinds of noise while breathing. like humming, loud exhales , short breaths with noise . while doing this it seems to make it easier to take breaths. I am trying to just breath normally but can't. does any one have this breathing problem . and if so now do I stop it and try to take regular breaths I wish I could explain this better.
