good morning I apologize if this is going to be long. I continue to lose weight. I am down to 118 pounds. I have lost 15 pounds since January but I used to weigh 155 pounds six months ago. I’m trying to eat like they say we should eat. Healthy I eat carrots I eat spinach. I eat sweet potatoes, fish, turkey chicken I stay away from most breads because they say it’s not good at noodles aren’t good pasta because they could cause us to not be able to breathe. I stay away from soda pops because again we may not be able to breathe. I don’t eat a lot of candy. I don’t eat a lot of desserts because again the sugar could cause us not to be able to breathe well so what am I supposed to eat? That will help me put on weight. People tell me to drink the boost, the ensure it has milk in it if that causes your mucus to get thick I’m lost. I need help and I need to gain some weight. What can I do? What can I eat? I also know that I have an issue until I have the endoscopy done with upper G.I. acid reflux. I’m eating better than I was with that as far as swallowing, but I drink a lot of water I get on my walking pad and walk at least 4000 steps a day and I’m eating small meal small bites, small portions leaving breads in the pastas in the sweets alone so it’s almost like water makes you lose weight but you wanna keep the mucus thin then you’re walking steps so you’re losing the calories that you’re putting in your body. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you for your help
