Do inhalers lose their effectiveness?
I have been on two inhalers (spiriva and symbicort (now breyna)) for 8 to 9 years. They just don't seem to be as effective now compared to the past. Is this normal or has my COPD progressed to a point that it may just not be as effective?

Cannula prong size
Have you tried the slider to tighten up the cannula!! That helps me to keep the prongs in place. I checked for longer prongs didn't find anything maybe someone else will know. The pediatric cannual are smaller maybe that would help.

Your FEV1 is normal at 102%. FVC is 88 % ( but these spirometers are not great with FVC- your actual number is probably higher than that) So yes- this counts as normal and no real need for additional testing.
