Can anyone give first hand comparison of treadmill and upright stationary bicycle or Stamina?

Yesterday I set up my upright stationary bicycle.  I opted for the bike over treadmill due to space issues.  I have an exercise machine that uses resistance bands which I use for strength training as well as free weights.
