Prednisone side effects

How to overcome Breathlessness
My link isn't showing up for some reason, sorry. . Google for diaphragmatic breathing and also something called jumping lungs. Both are good diaphragm exercises.I forgot. Breathing exercises to strengthen the diaphragm to help with hyper-inflated lungs.
