Does CPAP help with COPD?

I have to use my cpap with O2 added any time that I lay down or recline. I also have O2 the rest of the time as well. I take my meds before I go to sleep to help make sure I do not have any problems. My rescue inhaler is also within reach. It has take some time to get used to it but now it does not bother me anymore. I do have a hospital be to keep me raised up. It has helped me enough now that I would no do without it. Setting: Auto CPAP on room air Duration of recording: 4 hours and 43 minutes.
