And of course I have a few other issues going on with the lungs other than the main concern of COPD. I do have an extend release (12 hr.) pain med I use night and day. But with activity, daily housekeeping, grocery shopping, or just driving any length of time, the pain is increasing. My question is, does anyone have any suggestions on maybe relaxation techniques, or other ideas on how to work through these episodes without adding anymore meds. (I have discussed this with my specialist, and his advice was to slow down) phtt, life goes on even if I'm in pain regardless. Until I just have to, (which I pray is a long time off) I refuse to watch life pass me by from my arm chair. Thanks for any ideas !!!!!
