Lately I have been becoming more short of breath with less and less exertion. When it is especially bad, I gasp and try to force air out, so I can get some in. After a few minutes I have filled my lungs as much as I can, when suddenly it feels like another section of my lungs opened up, I can breathe in much deeper, and am able to slow my breathing back to normal. The shortness of breath I have been experiencing is brought on by doing more than I know I should be doing. It gets so bad I begin to lose bladder control, and once I almost pooped my pants. Anyone have any thoughts
