Even with it I can barely get up and down the stairs much less get anything done around the house .My appetite is gone (that is not like me).My blood pressure at the Dr the other day was 82 over 50.I have no congestion or fever.Could this be end stage? A lot of folks seem to do fine on oxygen but it does not seem to help me much unless I am sitting still. I know I have been diagnosed with very severe yet I have not needed oxygen except at night.Within the last few months it just gets worse.I know it’s inevitable but could this just be a type of exacerbation I have not experienced yet?Anyone else experience this? I am also trying to care for my husband with dementia.
