Hi all
As the weather is so wet and windy I am not getting to go for a walk every day.
So i done some seaching and find video lessons of Home walking Workouts there is 10min 15min 20min and 30min so i have been doing the 15min one this is equivalent to walking 1mile. At moment been doing once a day if unable to go out cause of weather but will increase to twice a day.
Any thoughts on this much appreciated, of course i continue to do breathing exercises and other stretch strength exercises.
