I’ve pasted my results below and would appreciate feedback / comments. I ask because I’m wondering if there is more in play here (than just asthma). A bit more about me (if it helps): 56 y/o male Mom got same dx at 46 (genetics) 5’11” 175lbs. (not overweight) Slightly elevated BP and cholesterol I smoked lightly to moderately when I was much younger. I did some quick math and it would be no more than 10 pack-years. I have NOT smoked in 20 years General health is excellent Two clean chest X-rays, good bloodwork and physical results Here are my stats: DLCO/VA - 76% Predicted ENO - 7 FEV1 - 4.45 FEV/FVC - 73 FEV1% - 119 FVC - 6.09 FVC% - 124 RV - 1.94 RV/TLC - 25 TLC - 7.84 TLC% - 111 I’m really not sure what all this means. I have a highly regarded pulmonologist who I was lucky to get. But he’s low on words (yet high on action). He’s helped me a LOT the last 60-days (I was so miserable), but I’m still producing a lot of phlegm. Can anyone offer any insights? I’ve greatly enjoyed reading and learning from all of the other questions and comments.
