Not clear to me what is most important as there is a lot of info. My initial read is GOLD stage 4 due to FEV1 of 47% and use of oxygen. But the beyond that I get a bit lost as to what is most important.
FEV1/FVC of 36%
TLC 117% which seems ok?
DLCO 38% (indicating emphysema from my google doctoring)
And when I see her 6MWT results it shows she went 361m but had drop of 8%:
Resting SpO2 87% on room air without exertion at rest. Patient then place at 3L NC with a saturation of 92% and HR of 80. Standing SpO2 was 92% without exertion on 3L NC. With exertion SpO2 decreased to 84% saturation and heart rate 115 bpm in 4 minutes into the walk. Test stopped and patient placed on oxygen at 4 lpm to get a resting SpO2 of 92% at rest without exertion with heart rate of 115 bpm. Patient then continued remainder of the walk. Post walk BP was 150/85 with a HR of 114 and a saturation of 89% on 4L NC.
Sorry for posting so much info. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect in the coming days/months/years(?). How fast does this typically progress from this point?
