If I take deep breaths before I can get it to around 90. I was just put on 2 different inhalers. One long acting and one rescue. I'm going to the Dr. for home oxygen evaluation at the end of the month. I live in a really dusty area. (Sonoran Desert in So. Arizona) I like to walk but with all the dirt and dust it's getting more difficult. I ordered some surgical masks from Amazon. Will they restrict my breathing even more? Is there a certain preferred brand or type that would help? This is all new to me and it's kind of scary but I'm not going to let this get the best of me. Thanks for listening.
