I am 31 and was just diagnosed COPD and have moderate obstructive airway dieses 2 points away from sever last Monday. I smoke and I am in the process of quitting. However, I need to do a complete 180- on my life style and eating better is one of the steps. therefore I do not know where to start with it. Is there something that I can find that can help me plan out my meals and how much I should eat of each? I work and drive a truck from 300pm to 500am everyday but weekends so it is a little hard to be able to have a plan that is fitted for a day time person
