I was last on here about 6 months ago. I had started smoking again for only a month at that time. I am now 7 months into smoking. I had quit for 7 months before that...for the 1st time in my life (after 35 years smoking). With all the shortness of breath I have, I find it hard to believe the "mild obstructive disease" diagnosis of my PFT test last year. (Could it have been wrong)? You would think that having to use an inhaler throughout the day because of the shortness of breath would be enough to make me stop again. I'm so disgusted with myself. If any of you could offer any helpful tips on how you quit I would really appreciate it! Thank you so much!
