I have been feeling well regarding mental health. I’m always worried about something. The weather here today in central Florida is outstanding. I felt good so I did the laundry that had been piling up. Let it go too long. I also cleaned up around the yard (with Inogen at level 3) when I took a rest and had my third cup of coffee I unhooked from the O2 and enjoyed the freedom. I grabbed my oximeter after a few minutes and it read unusually high for me without oxygen. 94/95. Then I noticed my heart rate was also high. It does run higher than most but 115-125 scared me. Now it’s about 100 30 minutes later and sitting. And back on oxygen. I felt fine. My fev last January was 27% (of course that test was taken a week or two before getting sick.) Primary care physician gave me heavy duty meds. I guess I’m looking for happy feedback.
