She is severe and is going to the Cleveland Clinic next month for evaluation for a transplant. She uses one of the large national companies for her O2 needs and at home is on LOX.She called to arrange for O2 while in Cleveland. They said they would be happy to provide a concentrator and tanks while she was there BUT there would be a $295 charge for delivery of the equipment to her hotel. She can save this if she picks the equipment up at their facilities.I can't believe this response. Is this legal? It sure doesn't seem ethical.
