Below is the doctor's response to my detailed summary (posted here, about the drugs and side-effects, under the same topic name).
What do you think? Is it worth re-trying any of the other drugs that had side effects? Some of you had good success with Singular. What do you think about the two drugs left that the doctor mentions below? I do not want to live life with GI upsets - I am reading that the pill Daliresp affects the GI system similar to what it does to the lungs, and it could take a month or two to adjust to the diarrhea - or not. Sounds pretty bad.
Are there any other drugs to try?
Lastly, is there one great hospital center or doctor practice that can maybe help me try a clinical trial or give different insight to the "drug" problems and lung health that I am facing?

ANSWER BY PULMONOLOGIST:
Glycopyrrolate or the inhaler that has glycopyrrolate could be an option if that is covered by her insurance.
Nebulizers tend to give more side effects I want to avoid those.
Daliresp could be considered if that is covered by her insurance realizing that she will have to consider the possibility of having some GI upset with higher doses of Daliresp. So, maybe start her on the 250 mcg dose if she agrees.
She needs to have her cardiac workup completed as well. (I now have a 7-day CAM heart recorder.)
Unfortunately, she has reactions to all of the standard treatments.
Anything more has to be discussed in our next visit (in late March).
