For the last 25 years or so, virtually EVERY airplane ride I've done has resulted in some sort of respiratory aftermath (a cold or bronchitis or whatever). I'm not on oxygen, so I don't have to worry about that, but how do you avoid catching whatever is floating around in the cabin air?
