However, I did not need to use my emergency inhaler once! I cannot recall when I went a whole day without the emergency inhalers. Today, while lightly cleaning my bathroom with Natural Eco-friendly products, I felt okay. Then I took a shower and suddenly could not catch my breath. The master bathroom is well ventilated. No strong odors. I was so short of breath, I thought I was going to pass out.
