I'm 65 and in the pass five years, I'd notice that if I was outside and the temps were single digits, within a day I'd struggle to breathe and have an constant unproductive cough. By constant.. I mean coughing 24 7 unable to stop. This leaves me weak and exhausted. I've noticed my blood Pressure has jumped considerably too. Now days I'll have a flair up (?) if I catch any kind a bug.. Especially a cold. My last flair up lasted for five weeks. It's beginning to scare me because of how debilitating the symptoms are... I just started a new Dr who prescribed prednisone, a Nebulizer and a Qvar inhaler which seemed to helped tremendously. Do most of you see a Pulmonologist And is there anything I can do to lessen my symptoms.
