COPD or Bronchiectasis? Have you had a recent CT?

I am a patient care coordinator in Ohio, WV, Indianapolis and Michigan. I find all too often that my patients are being pigeon holed into "COPD" yet habitually re-admitting and/or running thru their meds. When really asking for a recent CT to be performed to diagnose "Bronchiectasis" has helped me provide the Right device to my patients and kept them out of the hospital. Do you know any clinicians in the above areas, I could meet with to go over this revelation? My device has helped hundreds of patients after they are Dx with Bronchiectasis.
