Hi guys, I'm new on here. I'm 60, married, born with cerebral palsy, asthma all my life (although not diagnosed until age 22. I've literally had bronchitis over 400 times in my life, and pneumonia 5 times. I use Albuterol and Ipratropium for my nebulizer. I had lived all my life in Florida, which was killing me from pollen, humidity, and heat. We just moved to the High Desert in California, which is a drier climate and seems to do better. Early this year, while in the hospital with bronchitis and flu, it was now called COPD. I watch the commercials for COPD meds, and they say not to take with asthma or you can die, Isn't all COPD from breathing problems like asthma and bronchitis. I just started O2 therapy tonight as I've had a COPD flair up this week (bronchitis) , and my O2 level was 91. I'm afraid to try new meds...HELP..
