Diagnosed with moderate COPD and lung cancer. Getting a third of my lung removed tomorrow (if lymph nodes are non cancerous.) I felt great after I quit smoking. A month later I had a COPD attack (or whatever it’s called). Went in hospital for one night. Been ok for a few days and now I can’t breath again! Been on Albuterol nebulizer every 4 hours since yesterday. I think I can handle the removal of my lung. But this COPD is what’s gonna kill me!! Anyone know if my breathing will get any better?? If so..... when? I’m gonna be in whirl of hurt the way it is.
