I've been able to stay stable and I've had the winter only with a slight constipation. But now, at the entrance of spring, here in my country in Europe, is going through a period of dry with temperatures very hight for the timet of the year, with high concentrations of pollen and that green scene of the pines. I've never felt this before and I do not know if it's related, but I've been coughing a lot, a dry cough the last week. In the morning I notice an increase in mucus. Today, when I took my morning walk outdoors, I felt my breathing more elaborate and I even had a fit of cough that almost made me vomit. Is it an exacerbation or an allergic reaction to pollen? Thanks
