On May 18, 2015 at 1 p.m. EDT, the National Center on Health, Physical Activity, and Disability (NCHPAD), Association of University Centers on Disability (AUCD), and Special Olympics will host a free webinar, "Physical Activity is for Everybody" to celebrate the one-year anniversary of CDC Vital Signs: Disability and Physical Activity — United States, 2009–2012.

CDC Vital Signs The hour-long session will highlight national initiatives that promote the CDC's "Vital Signs" message: Physical activity is for everybody, and people with disabilities are encouraged to be physically active. Speakers will include NCHPAD’s Amy Rauworth, Director of Policy Affairs, Lakeshore Foundation; Bob Lujano, Information Specialist at NCHPAD and first Paralympic ambassador for Laureus Sport for Good Foundation; Kyle Washburn, Special Olympics, Inc. Healthy Athletes Director; Kester Edwards, Coordinator for Special Olympics' Health and Research initiatives; and Beau Doherty, Special Olympics Connecticut CEO.
