Corporate Partner Program
The COPD Foundation’s Corporate Partner Program was established in 2015 as a way for us to interact with external organizations on our shared goals of undertaking initiatives within the respiratory space relating to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis and nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM) lung disease. The Corporate Partner Program gives the Foundation greater financial flexibility to take on critical mission-based work and support the greater respiratory community.
The COPD Foundation welcomes the support of corporate sponsors who seek to improve the lives of those affected by COPD. Members of the program are able to engage with the Foundation and its programs at various levels to enhance its efforts in research, advocacy, care delivery, and community development. To join, potential sponsors must demonstrate a commitment to the patient/caregiver community and the Foundation’s mission, principles, public positions, policies and standards.
Corporate relationships must follow a number of basic requirements. While the COPD Foundation accepts financial support and other benefits from corporations, the COPD Foundation will always exercise independent judgment in all its decision-making.
For more information about the COPD Foundation Corporate Partner Program please contact Kip Adams at kadams@COPDFoundation.org.
The COPD Foundation has developed a thematic approach to this year’s educational offerings. Each month’s content – for patients, caregivers, and health care professionals – will focus on a topic important to our community, from lung condition basics to self-management, communication to personal goal setting. Please join us as we learn together through blogs, videos, games, live online events, and more.
