Advice regarding newer inhalers or drugs for COPD
COPD is worse in hot, humid weather. I am an avid walker, but finding it difficult to complete my walk when the weather is not crisp and cool. I am interested in the newer medications that might be available.

hi Blaine, I'm on Breo and Spiriva respimat. It has been working better than Advair and Spiriva individual capsules. I made the change February and really like it! Both are once a day puffs.

Has anyone taken singulair or montelukast?
I've been taking it for the last year or so. My PCP prescribed it just prior to COPD diagnosis for the shortness of breath I was experiencing. My pulmonologist agreed and kept it as part of the meds I take.
