National Health Council’s “Put Patients First” Needs 3,000 Signatures in 3 Weeks

The National Health Council is seeking at least 3,000 signatures in 3 weeks to support the Petition to Put Patients First. This petition seeks to bring about health care reform to help those with long-term diseases and disabilities to achieve effective and affordable health care, based on the 5 Principles:

1. Cover Everyone.
2. Curb Costs Responsibly.
3. Abolish Exclusions of Pre-Existing Conditions.
4. Eliminate Lifetime Caps.
5. Ensure Respect at the End of Life.
